Yulduz is an ex-senior Akademiya researcher who hated how restrictive the research guidelines were and left the Akademiya to pursue independent research. She was approached by the 2nd of the Fatui Harbingers and her compatriot, Il Dottore, to join his research team. She was promised research budget in exchange for helping him on his newest project on Moon Marrows. During that project, one of the experiments with Kuuhenki went awry where Yulduz ended up merging with the research subject, which resulted in her physical transformation. This kuuvahki flowing through her body manifested by growing bird-like wings all over her body, as well as bleaching her hair and one of her eyes.

Anfisa

Anfisa is Nasha Town's resident psychologist. She has a hobby of collecting rare insect mounts and ancient trinkets. Originally a Snowland Fae who loved to travel, she ended up in Enkanomiya right as it sunk underground. Spending hundreds of years there she started developing more Vishap-like features and also ended up very sensitive to light. She managed to escape only recently, and joined Mizuki's trip to study psychology.
Due to her time in the dark Enkanomiya since the Dainichi Mikoshi fell to disrepair, she is partially blind/extremely sensitive to light. Her office is dark, and she finds the Final Night Cemetery very comfortable, since its environment is extremely similar to Enkanomiya -- dark/evernight, single source of light that can be on/off (lighthouse/dainichi mikoshi), ghosts everywhere.

Oynuri

Oynuri is an Ascended of the new Shurima who has been tasked with finding the God-Warriors that have been turned to Darkin and bringing them back for the glory of Shurima. Their body feels like a cool stream of water that soothes all the rage and desperation within a Darkin. They're also made with the idea of "If you must destroy the whole world to feel better, let me be the last one you kill" in the sense that you often call your s/o "my world"

Alato

Gentle and strong-willed, Alato has overcome many things to rise to his current position. Learning to forgive and love, many who knew his past life might think he has only gotten meeker. In fact, he has accepted his mistakes and become a strong and benevolent leader. He carries himself with well-deserved confidence but hides a softer side, taking pity on the people he can see his past self in. Born blind, Alato made a deal with a demon as a child, exchanging one of his eyes for vision. As he grew older, he learned to use the demon's power to reaffirm his status as the successor to his clan. Due to his kinship with another who has made a deal with a demon out of desperation and for power, Alato's clan has formed friendly relations with Noxian government.
